Janse, De Vroome, Hubert 1667-77 owned lot on Maiden Lane next east of Sranwix Hall. His wife ____ in 1670 bound her son Hubertse to Tryntie, Jochimse, wife of Major Abram Staas to serve one year.

Janse, Arent, master carpenter, in 1641 in the service of the W. I. Company; 1667 he bought the lot on which Stanwix Hall stands from Hendrick Gerritse Vermeulen; 1668 being about to return to Holland he mortgaged the same.

Janse, Anthony, 1662, court messenger of colony Rensselaerwyck; 1662-68 an innkeeper in Beverwyck; his house and lot was on the south side of State street east of Broadway; his wife was Orseltie Dirkse, probably from Rotterdam.

Janse de Boer (Van Hoorn), Pieter, b. in Hoorn, his father was Jan Pieterse de Boer of Horn; in Beverwyck 1661, where he bought a house and lot which he sold in 1666, then living in the colony Rensselaerwyck.

Joehemse, Hendrick in Beverwyck 1654-69. He was lieutenant of the Burgher Company; owned a lot of east corner off Broadway and State street, part of the Exchange lot, which his attorney sold in 1669, to his brother-in-law, Abram Staats.
